The Dry Skid Pad Shootout’s overall winner was the SSGT1 BB (Big Bore) Class driven by Danny Popp and Bob Kasprzyk, with Danny doing the Dry Skid Pad Shootout driving. Their 2002 Chevrolet Corvette ZO6 generated an average cornering force of 1.080g to become The Tire Rack One Lap of America's King of Dry Cornering for 2006 and tie the overall track record for dry skidpad cornering.
